Who doesn’t love a Venetian Aperol Spritz? Combine it with a margarita and you have an Aperita, my new favorite cocktails.
1 ½ ounces of blanco tequila 1 ounce Aperol 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice ½ ounce freshly squeezed orange juice ¼ ounce agave nectar ¾ ounce water Tajin to rim the glass Orange twist to garnish
Place first six ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Strain into a Tajin-rimmed rocks glass with plenty of fresh ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
